OK, back to business – let’s talk about the product itself. Leanbean is a fat burner. This allows you to burn more calories – even at rest – than you would if you were to go it alone. So Leanbean isn’t overly convenient, unfortunately. While a number of good fat burners require you to take one capsule a day, or perhaps multiple capsules all at once, Leanbean recommends you take two capsules three times a day. That’s six capsules each day, and you have to incorporate them with a meal.

That’s pretty inconvenient. When I trialled Leanbean, this took quite some planning. Like many other people, I have quite a fast-paced day that doesn’t always go to plan, and Leanbean gave me another thing to juggle.

Don’t get me wrong, it is doable. But it does take commitment from you, which can be a challenge especially for the long term.

The purpose behind this is that your body will remain in a heightened thermogenic state throughout the day, and your cravings and hunger pangs lidded.

And as you’ll see next, it did prove effective. I would urge anyone, however, who is particularly sensitive to caffeine, to take their last dose as far away as possible from the evening to avoid any impact on your ability to sleep.

Though Leanbean is completely natural, it’s always sensible to be aware of possible side effects. Like all things, there’s a risk of an allergic reaction. Listen to your body, and stop taking the supplement immediately if you have any concerns. Such allergic reactions, thankfully, are rare.
