Making Health, Fitness & Wellbeing Accessible For All

Arts Health & Wellbeing aims to become the go-to online resource of physical and mental wellbeing. We aim to promote all aspects of health and wellbeing with a focus on the topics and needs of our readers.

Previously, Arts Health & Wellbeing was an Arts Council England funded project that promoted health and wellbeing through the use of the arts. We pay homage to this history by referencing much of their work in our reference section of the website.

We now want to build on that work, by creating mixed media content, guides, reviews and resources to help our readership tackle the health and wellbeing issues relevant to them.

We have access to a range of industry experts, many who write for several publications in the health and fitness space – and who bring their own experiences to tackle health and wellness issues facing society today.

As we are now privately funded, we rely on the purchases made by our readers through products we might recommend, to fund this project – one that we hope will help change the lives of countless numbers of people both here in the UK and beyond.
